What’s changing as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic?

Baby Carrying Consultancy

We have some good news during this unprecedented time of social distancing and isolation caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

In line with the latest government advice, physical slinglibrary workshops will not be running for the foreseeable future. We want to keep helping where we can, and with that in mind we are offering our very popular bump to baby workshops via a group video session using Zoom. The first one will be on Thursday 26th March 2020 starting at 10:00am.

More classes will be added in the coming weeks. We expect the video sessions to last an hour and a half, but it may be prudent to allow a little longer due to the nature of video groups. dont worry about being dressed or babies and toddlers being loud. we do know exactly how it is with very young children. you only need to have a device with a camera and space to download zoom, its free to download.

The costs for these sessions are the same as our usual bump to baby classes with a Covid-19 twist.

Bump to baby class costs:
£5 if you are OK financially during this crisis
£3 if you are low waged or a key worker

Free if you are financially struggling at this time

As always if you are really struggling during the crisis we would rather you came anyway, but please don’t abuse this – if we end up covering costs then it will have to be compulsory payment. Like most small face to face enterprises we are also affected financially. Costs may have to be tweaked as we go along.

Our online shop is now closed so we don’t put people collecting thir pensions at risk in the post office.

More news on other video options coming soon. Please bear with us while we test working from home with the kids. Thank you for sticking with us during this time.
