We are offering our very popular bump to baby workshops via a group video session using Zoom. These sessions will be running every Thursday, starting at 10:00am.

This workshop is for all parents/carers new to Sling Library during pregnancy or with babies under 5 months. We will cover: Sling safety, Baby positioning, Different types of carriers and their pros and cons including demos, stretchy wrap tying tutorial.

We expect the video sessions to last an hour and a half, but it may be prudent to allow a little longer due to the nature of video groups. Don’t worry about being in PJ’s or babies and toddlers being loud. We do know exactly how it is with very young children. You only need to have a device with a camera and space to download zoom, its free to download. If you have a stretchy wrap have it ready for the tutorial.

Please use an email address that you can access from a device with a camera. Laptops and PCs have better images than phones and tablets but they are fine too.

Bump to baby class costs:
£5 if you are OK financially during this crisis
£3 if you are low waged or a key worker

As always if you are really struggling during the crisis we would rather you came anyway, but please don’t abuse this – as if we can’t cover costs then it will have to be compulsory payment. Like most small face to face enterprises we are also affected financially.

Our online shop is now closed in line with government advice.

More news on other video options coming soon. Please bear with us while we test working from home with the kids. Thank you for sticking with us during this time.

The sling library team.
